About Crowdscout
Crowdscout is a free online game in which you watch football clips, rate players and estimate transfer values. It is operated by To be confirmed before launch ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.
Who can play
You must be at least 16 years old and hold only one account. We may close accounts that break these terms, use automated tools to submit reports, or submit content that is abusive or unlawful.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. Your scout name is public on the leaderboard.
Your reports
You keep ownership of the text you write. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, analyse, aggregate and publish your reports and ratings, including in anonymised form, to run and improve the game and to produce scouting insights. Reports must be your own visual opinion and must not contain statistics, personal data about players beyond what the clips show, or offensive content.
Scores and rankings
Points, accuracy and rankings are calculated automatically from your reports, the crowd rating, market data and our internal assessment. We may change the formulas and recalculate past scores. Rankings are provided as is.
Milestones and rewards
Milestone rewards are described on the Milestones page. Rewards from rung 3 upwards are arranged individually and may depend on availability, your location and the partner club. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Video and market data
Clips and market values come from third-party providers and are licensed for viewing inside Crowdscout only. You may not download, record, redistribute or scrape them.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your reports stay in the crowd rating without your name. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Crowdscout is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, for the accuracy of third-party data, or for decisions you make based on the game.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of To be confirmed before launch.
